Did you hear that?  It was my jaw dropping when I saw this ooey-gooey brownie photo on Best Friends For Frosting.  The best thing about these amazing brownies is that they are SUPER easy to make and you don’t really need any more than 5 ingredients:

  • 1 box Brownie Mix
  • eggs & oil (as called for by the brownie mix)
  • 1 heaping half cup (6 oz) Cookies & Cream ice cream
  • 1/4 Cup hot fudge topping (chilled or room temp)
  • Oreo cookies
