Seinfeld Party Ideas!

Can you believe Seinfeld went off the air more than a decade ago? We still watch reruns and DVDs in our house nearly every day. My 3 year old son loves to play our Seinfeld Trivia Game (most notably the Soup Race aspect … he’s still a little light on his trivia knowledge) and he can name all the main characters and has a favorite episode – The Smelly Car. We can’t be alone with our Seinfeld enthusiasm after all these years of it being only in syndication, so I thought I’d put together a post with ideas for having a Seinfeld party. After all, if Sex & the City parties are still relevant, Seinfeld parties surely are relevant also.

Let’s start with the candy buffet. It’s amazing how many candies are integral to episodes through out the 9 seasons of Seinfeld. Here are the best, each with a little caption that you can put on your printable label.

Junior Mints “Who’s gonna turn down a Junior Mint?” – Kramer
Pez “What’s a three-letter-word for candy?” – George
Jujyfruits “It’s Jujyfruits! Try them – they’re delicious!” – Elaine

Our friends at Cookies and Cups has done it again! They created an unbelievable, diet-crashing, super-duper delicious brownie based dessert. Ok, so here’s what goes into this – its a Ghiradelli Double Chocolate Brownie Box Mix, topped with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and peanuts, topped with a chocolate peanut butter Rice Krispie mix. Whew! What a mouthful!
