DIY Peppermint Trays!

Ohhhh, I just love all of these fun and festive holiday DIY projects!  And this one is sooooo easy.  All you need are Starlight Mints (get them here in Red or Green), a cookie sheet, parchment paper or wax paper and an over.  You probably have all of this at home already, right?  Think of all the things you could make – serving trays, coasters, little plates, frames, ornaments.
